Rights of the personal data subject | |
The right of access: | The Person has the right to obtain confirmation from Varna View Residence JVC as to whether their Personal Data is being processed by Varna View Residence JVC. This includes the right to access the Personal Data, the right to receive a copy of the Data free of charge (except in cases of excessive and repetitive requests), unless otherwise provided for in the applicable data protection rules, and the right to be provided with a description of the main features relating to the processing of his or her Personal Data. |
The right to withdraw consent: | The Person has the right at any time to withdraw the consent given for the processing of his or her Personal Data. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal. By withdrawing consent, Varna View Residence JVC shall cease processing the Personal Data of the Person, except where another legal basis requires the processing thereof. |
The right to rectification: | The Person has the right to rectify or have rectified by Varna View Residence JVC, without undue delay, any inaccurate, incomplete or out of date Personal Data concerning him or her. |
The right to erasure (right to be forgotten): | The Person has the right to request Varna View Residence JVC to erase Personal Data relating to him or her without undue delay where any of the following grounds apply: (1) The Personal Data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; (2) The Person objects to the processing as set out below; (3) The Person's Personal Data has been unlawfully processed; or (4) The Person's Personal Data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU law, the law of a Member State or the law of another country. The right to restrict processing: | The Person has the right to require Varna View Residence JVC to restrict the processing of his or her personal data in the following cases: (1) Where the Person disputes the accuracy of the Personal Data as provided by the Person and processed by Varna View Residence JVC (the restriction is for a specified period of time to allow Varna View Residence JVC to verify the accuracy of the Personal Data); (2) Where the processing is unlawful but the Person does not wish the Personal Data to be erased, but requests instead that its use be restricted; (3) Where Varna View Residence JVC no longer needs the Personal Data for the purposes of the processing but the Person requires it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; |
The right to object: | The Person has the right at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to object to processing of Personal Data concerning him or her. The Person may exercise the right only with respect to processing of his or her Personal Data that is carried out by Varna View Residence JVC for the purposes of the legitimate interests of Varna View Residence JVC. If the objection is well-founded, Varna View Residence JVC will cease processing Personal Data concerning the objecting Person unless Varna View Residence JVC demonstrates that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, which override the interests of the Person. |
